At the top right of the Dashboard header, right next to your user menu, a badge clearly identifies your active plan level in UpVoter:
Each event you create is displayed as a card. If you need to locate specific events, remember that the dashboard always sorts them from newest to oldest at the bottom. You can drag and drop cards to visually rearrange them for your momentary convenience.
On each card, you will intuitively understand the pulse of the room thanks to its indicators:
In the top right corner of each card, you will see a small icon menu. Try them out! Specifically, the Duplicate button is extremely useful if you usually repeat formats within your company (like a monthly assembly with the same visual style), as it creates an identical clone (naturally, emptied of any votes).
The primary bottom buttons are meant to save you time. Right from here, you can directly launch today's session on the projector without entering the editor, or conversely, print or download the final results of last week's event to Excel in just two clicks.
The famous QR Code button, always visible, will open the session login QR code in full screen. This is very useful if you realize you forgot to display the QR on the projector and want to quickly fix the situation by showing it to the audience on your laptop screen so they can scan it.
If you find yourself calmly managing your event from your lectern or office throughout the day and UpVoter releases an update to the tool, you might suddenly see a blue badge telling you a new version is available. Feel completely safe to click reload; no active attendee, poll, or your voting setups will be cancelled by refreshing the code. And rest assured: if you step away for 12 hours, we will close your session automatically for security reasons.
